The firm is one of the leading firms in the field of urban renewal in the central region, and the core transactions in the field include handling evacuation-construction projects and TAMA 38 Israel National Construction Plan, both in the field of adding on top of buildings construction and in the field of demolition and new construction. The firm represents and accompanies, in legal and commercial aspects, both developers vis-à-vis apartment owners and vis-à-vis condominium representatives and apartment owners in negotiations and contracts with construction companies and developers.
